joe's trying so hard to get tony interested in training and conditioning and tony as a skater is just like "yah never really got into that" every single time. i love it
Me: I wonder if Joe will be high for this interview? Joe 5 seconds in: Thanks for having me
If you tickle the roof of your mouth with your tongue you can keep yourself from sneezing. . From my experience using that technique is like 75% successful.
I love how apolitical Tony is... a breath of fresh air

“Not part of the olympics” ..... wHaT?!???? Tony, you’re the reason skateboarding is in the olympics. You’re the reason it’s happening now and not in 2040 or even at all. Anything skateboard related from this day forward is because of you. Long live the GOAT 🐐

Tony is my age and has been a huge positive influence thru my whole life. His pics were all over my wall growing up just wish I’d been smart enough to keep his decks thru my life!#🛹🤘🏻
Repetitive smacking board in the shins while practicing kickflips and playing soccer bare foot no shin pads against people with shoes made my bottom legs and ankles kind of strong. Also just kicking a soccer ball bare foot with 100% power makes your feet skin strong as a chimp on steroids on an elk diet
Travis Pastrana needs to be on here.
Didn't the skaters clean the sand out of their park and dumped it in front of the town hall? I thought I heard that somewhere.
What an inspiration
Tidbit: Tony Hawk game came out of a Bruce Willis game “Apocalypse”
Hopefully this opens up to having more pro skaters on the show, I'm sure if you get some of the funny pros and have jamie actually pull up clips you'll get another 5 mil views haha. Ps joes forehead looks like that one production companies logo I see at the beginning of movies

As a little kid I thought Tony Hawk invented Skateboards.
57:38 "We're just trying to build a place for them to feel like they belong and feel like their community actually cares about them". I really like his intent

It's very impressive how Tony Hawk is able to communicate his thoughts clearly, with humility, and a total absence of profanity. So refreshing, and very uncommon among so many athletes and entertainers.
