usually the scales only measure the legs when it comes to bodyfat. Because a current wants to follow the path of least resistance and therefore only flows through the legs, your bodyfat in your legs is 8,8 procent. GJ

Instead of doing bench press on the bench do it to where you are liying on the ground and make the elbows touch the grounds and then bring it back up, it can "damage" your shoulders the way you are doing it

If Your figuring out Your body fat percentage through its going to be abit off and i think Your body fat percentage could be lower Rhen that becuase you have allt of muscels and its showing so it could be around 6-7% DISCLAIMER. im just a random dude i dont know alot about this stuff But i do know thta muscels are heavier than fat and when you can se the muscels structure such as the abs that probably means that its going to be off

8.8% body fat is mental man, like a healthy level for a normal lad is like 12%, I’ve been going hard in the gym(5-7 times a week) and training(3/4 times a week plus matches) and still only have a body fat percentage of like 16. Though yourself and myself a different,I’m 21,83kgs,6 ft 2 but can run 1km in 3:24 ,and I avoid fast food and drink. Keep up the grind, it’s tough but when ya make it a habit you’ll feel weird not goin
